Hi
and thanks for getting on board the maiden voyage of the
Valley Viewpoint. We're
a brand-new interactive newsletter celebrating life in
the Pioneer Valley. Every other Wednesday we'll be
reporting on a local issue, sharing our viewpoint and
challenging you to consider your own. We'll tell you
what the policy-makers are saying and how to make your
own voice heard. We'll
also be talking about people who are making a difference
here in the Valley and we'll offer opportunities for you
to get involved.
I'm
your tour-guide, Eve Brown-Waite. And I can listen to
myself talk all day (I'm not proud...or bored.) But we
want to hear what you have to say, too. So I'll be
counting on you to pipe up, chime in, ring the bell or
just stand up and shout "Whoa Nelly!"
Backseat drivers ARE welcomed here: we'll publish
your comments and look into topics that you suggest. So
hop on and buckle up. With any luck at all, it'll be a
nice bumpy ride!
